1. Data we collect
- Required: email, name, hashed password, payment details (held by the payment processor).
- Optional: company, job title, marketing consent.
- Collected automatically: access logs, device and browser data, listening history, acquisition source (UTM).
2. How we use it
- Providing the service and managing subscriptions
- Billing and reconciliation
- Aggregate analytics to improve the product
- New-episode notifications where consent was given
3. Retention
- On a deletion request we apply a 30-day grace period, after which personal data is destroyed. The account can be restored by logging in during that window.
- Payment and transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law.
- Analytics data is de-identified before long-term retention.
4. Processors
- Payments: Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and receipts)
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (delivery and storage)
- We do not share personal data with third parties for any other purpose.
5. Operator and your rights
- The WOW Mentor service is operated by QK Partners LLC.
- Requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing can be made from the account page or at privacy@wow-mentor.com.
