Refund Policy

14-day full refund
- Request within 14 days of the first charge and we refund in full, for any reason.
After 14 days
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops billing from the next cycle. The period already paid is not partially refunded.
Team seats
- Reductions to Boardroom seat count take effect at the next billing cycle.
How refunds are processed
- All refunds are handled through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Requests can be made from the account page, at hello@wow-mentor.com, or via the support link on your Paddle receipt.
