1. Purpose and operator

These terms govern use of the WOW Mentor audio subscription service operated by QK Partners LLC (the 'Company'), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members. 'WOW Mentor' is a trading name of the service; the legal party to this agreement is QK Partners LLC.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle of the selected plan (monthly or annual).
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the reseller and is responsible for taking payment, handling tax, and issuing receipts.
A free trial started with a payment method is charged automatically to that method unless cancelled before it ends. The free trial given at signup without a payment method is never charged automatically.

Members may cancel at any time from the account page and retain access for the period already paid.
Within 14 days of the first charge we provide a full refund, for any reason.
After 14 days, cancellation stops billing from the next cycle; the period already paid is not partially refunded.
All refunds are handled through our payment provider, Paddle.

All audio and written content remains the copyright of the Company.
Use is limited to personal and internal business purposes; redistribution, resale and public performance are prohibited.
Boardroom and Enterprise seats are assigned to named individuals and may not be shared.
